These 16 sessions are customized to help you focus on writing your book, begin or fine-tune your yoga practice, deepen your meditation practice, or share your practice in an intimate setting with your loved ones.
Minimum 16 sessions; coaching may continue beyond 16.
Vola Boost: One-week private sessions available: two 30-minute sessions at the beginning & end of one week .
